Starr Computer Solutions, Inc., is effectively suspending all new Internet installations or any service that requires our employees to enter a customer’s residence.

With the rapid development of COVID-19, it is a priority to help ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, and communities. We are working diligently to reduce the risk to our ecosystem, as well as to ensure that our customer support and services continue without interruption. Our thoughts are with our customers and our communities, people affected, and healthcare professionals who are working around the clock to help people in need.

At Starr Computer Solutions, Inc., we are protecting our employees by taking additional sanitary precautions. Our employees, as well as our partners, are working together to help meet our customers’ business-critical technology needs.

Customer Support and Hosted cloud operations, continue working without interruption. Using technology/online tools, we plan to continue business as usual, progressing toward planned milestones and providing you with support. Our workforce is equipped with laptops, VPN access, and conferencing tools to be able to work from home as needed. We are committed to continuing to provide exceptional service to our all of our customers.
